Ohio Impact Basketball Club launched in 2014, when a group of ten 5th grade girls were selected from the Girls Leadership and Basketball Academy to participate in a spring aau program. Under the direction of D’wan Shackleford0Vickroy (Program Director), Tanya McClure-Harris (Youth Director) and Daniel Shackleford Jr. (Co-Director/Boys Director). Ohio Impact has grown to host over twenty girls and boys teams.

Many from the inaugural class still remain in our program today, and have competed in and won many local, regional and national tournaments. Our approach of Development First, uses our team of skill instructors, speed and agility experts, strength coaches and mindset/success coaches to allow us to develop the Whole athlete on and off the court.
